Salad Series: Crunchy Asian Salad.


This is much different than the previous Salad Series post I’ve done, but I thought it would be a nice change! Today I’ll be sharing with you this Crunchy Asian Salad, it’s so yummy and simple. I hope y’all enjoy this recipe and stay tuned for more Salad Series post featured on XO, B.


  • 1 16oz bag tri-mix coleslaw
  • 1 bag ramen (broken into pieces, you don’t need the sauce packet for this recipe)
  • 1 cup sugar snap peaces (cut into small slices as seen above)
  • 1/4 cup celery
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (the soy sauce and olive oil are the dressing)
  • salt to taste
